Henry Kissinger

Henry Kissinger is an American political scientist and diplomat who served as United States Secretary of State and National Security Adviser under the presidential administrations of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, and also as adviser for several other presidents.
In 1973, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, and he has also received the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Medal of Liberty. Kissinger taught History and Political Science at Harvard University for twenty years, and has written several books on foreign policy and diplomacy.
