Mats Edström

Mats Edström is an architect SAR/MSA and runs the architect firm Barup & Edström together with Kerstin Barup, with a focus on conservation. He is professor emeritus of architecture at Lund University and an associate professor of architectural history at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Edström’s most recent book is ‘Isak Gustaf Clason: Resan mot en ny arkitektur’ (Bokförlaget Stolpe, 2024), which he co-authored with Kerstin Barup.
