Nils Ekedahl

Nils Ekedahl is a doctor of theology, associate professor of rhetoric and pro-vice chancellor at Södertörn University. His thesis is a study of the sermons of Haquin Spegel, Det svenska Israel: myt och retorik i Haquin Spegels predikokonst. He is editor of En dynasti blir till: medier, myter och makt kring Karl XIV Johan och familjen Bernadotte. In recent years he has taken part in the Norwegian research project ‘Tracing the Jerusalem Code: Christian cultures in Scandinavia’.
