Johan Rönnby

Johan Rönnby is Professor of Marine Archaeology at Södertörn University’s School of History and Contemporary Studies, and is also Director of Södertörn University’s Maritime Archaeological Research Institute (MARIS). His research has concerned various shipwrecks in the Baltic Sea, as well as Viking Lake dwellings, ports and prehistoric landscapes under water, coastal landscapes and man’s interaction with water.
