Mona Siddiqui

Mona Siddiqui is Professor of Islamic and Interreligious Studies at the University of Edinburgh. She is a scholar of Islamic law and Christian–Muslim relations, and her books include Christians, Muslims, and Jesus and Hospitality in Islam: Welcoming in God’s Name. She is an internationally renowned public intellectual and a regular contributor on BBC Radio. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In 2012, she was awarded an OBE for her interfaith engagement.
