Nils Uddenberg

Nils Uddenberg was a professor and writer. His research was, to a great extent, devoted to the interface between biology, medicine, philosophy, the humanities and theology. He was a political adviser to the Genetics Committee under the Swedish Department of Justice and received several literary awards, including the Swedish literary award Augustpriset for his history of biology, Idéer om livet (‘Ideas About Life’), in 2003.
