Cilla Robach

Cilla Robach is Head of Collection Unit and Asscociate Professor at Nationalmuseum Stockholm, where she has been working since 1998. In 2022 she curated the exhibition Swedish Grace: Art and Design in 1920s Sweden. Among other exhibitions on craft and design that she has curated at the Nationalmuseum are Design 1900–2000 (1999), Konceptdesign (2005), Slow Art (2012), Sara Danius’ Nobel Gowns (2020). During 2013–2016 she was Dean of Beckmans College of Design, one of the top design education institutions in Sweden. She has published several books and articles on craft, furniture, design and fashion. Her dissertation in 2010 was called Formens frigörelse.
