Iuliia Osmolovska

Iuliia Osmolovska is director of Globsec Kyiv office, chair of the Transatlantic Dialogue Center and an executive director of the Eastern Europe Security Institute Ukraine. She is a member of an ad-hoc emergency informal network of Ukrainian analytical centres adjacent to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence. She is a career diplomat with 15 years of diplomatic service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a particular focus on European security and EU integration.
