Jesse Norman

Jesse Norman is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as Financial Secretary to the Treasury since 2019. He has been a Member of Parliament since 2010.He obtained his MA in Classics from Oxford University and his MPhil and PhD in Philosophy from University College London, where he also taught. Norman’s books include The Big Society: The Anatomy of the New Politics, a biography of Edmund Burke, and Adam Smith: What He Thought, and Why It Matters.
