Jill L. Grant

Jill L. Grant is a professor emeritus in planning at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. Among other things she has written about power and participation in town planning, sustainability issues and creative cities, with the emphasis on local factors and perspectives. Her writings include: The Drama of Democracy: Contention and Dispute in Community Planning, and Planning the Good Community: New Urbanism in theory and practice.
