Johan Theorin

Johan Theorin is a journalist and the writer of some ten books, most of which are crime novels that feature Swedish local history and Scandinavian folklore. His latest is ‘Ristmärken’ (2023). The Swedish Crime Writers’ Academy awarded him prizes for best debut and best crime novel. He won the Glass Key Award for best Scandinavian crime novel, the Finnish Whodunnit Society’s prize for best foreign author and the British Crime Writers’ Association’s Dagger Award for best foreign debut and best foreign crime novel.
