Kenneth Nyberg is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Historical Studies at the University of Gothenburg.
He received his PhD in 2001 for his dissertation on Swedish travellers’ writings on China. Since then, his research has focused mainly on Swedish scientific expeditions to places including East Asia and South America in the eighteenth century.
