Peter Ricketts

He is a former British diplomat, a life peer and a crossbencher in the British House of Lords. Before his retirement, Ricketts served as British ambassador to France, permanent secretary of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, national security adviser and the permanent representative to NATO in Brussels.
