Richard Neustadt

Richard E. Neustadt (1919–2003) was an award-winning author, political scientist and historian. He served as an adviser to several US presidents over three decades. He was a key figure in the formation of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where he taught for more than 20 years.
