Kjell Engelbrekt

Kjell Engelbrekt is Professor of Political Science at the Swedish Defence University, Member of the Royal Academy of War Sciences and Non-Resident Senior Fellow with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He has published extensively on European and transatlantic security, foreign policy, and institution-building in Central and Eastern Europe.
