Ebba Högström

She is senior lecturer in urban studies at the Swedish School of Planning at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden, where she is also director of the Masters programme in urban planning. Her research is geared towards planning, design and experience of built environments and landscapes. She focuses on societal institutions and has a special interest in ethnographic methods for capturing subjective experiences and analysing spatial experience. Among other things she has published Caring Architecture: Institutions and relational practices, in cooperation with Catharina Nord.
